Resolution of Deep Appreciation and Recognition for

Olga “Ollie” Dollar 

Foundation Director:  2004 – 2007

 

Whereas the Board of Directors of the 640 Heritage Preservation Foundation recognizes Ollie Dollar for her outstanding service to both the Metropolitan Club since 1955 and the 640 Heritage Preservation Foundation since its inception in 2004; and

 

Whereas Ollie Dollar was always a faithful and wonderful friend to the Foundation board members and to the Foundation as an organization; and

 

Whereas Ollie Dollar was a founding member of the Foundation contributing tirelessly to the successful launch of this institution; and

 

Whereas Ollie Dollar was a significant supporter herself and played a key role in bringing other supporters to the Foundation; and

 

Whereas Ollie Dollar served on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Club, and as Board President  from 1975 – 1981

 

Resolved that the Board of Directors on behalf of the Foundation extends a heartfelt note of condolence to the family of Ollie Dollar as well as a vote of gratitude for her friendship, her service to the Foundation and her impact as a Founding Member and Director; and be it further

 

Resolved that this resolution be recorded in the permanent minutes of the 640 Heritage Preservation Foundation.
